We are working with an innovative biotech that are looking to use synthetic biology to produce textile dyes to ultimately reduce the 5 trillion litres of water per year that goes into the dying industry. What you will be doing

We are looking for an ambitious Python Developer to join the Informatics Team who can contribute to the writing, documenting, testing and reviewing of Python code. Participate in software architecture design and write automation scripts to support every aspect of the business. This role would report directly to the Head of Informatics.


What experience you will need:
  • Previous commercial experience as a Python Developer.
  • ASGI Frameworks and toolkits – Starlette, FastAPI.
  • Experience with Python database toolkits and object-relational mapping.
  • REST API, HTTP, Websockets.
  • Git
  • MacOS, Linux.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great people and leadership skills.
